As a professional, qualified dietitian, I believe nutritional and diet advice should be affordable and factual.  During these 10 weeks I will show you how to make permanent changes to your diet and lifestyle and support you every step of the way.  I’ll give you educational hand-out material too so by the end of the 10 weeks you will have lost weight and more importantly, know how to eat healthily for life.
