Are you considering bariatric surgery? Do you have 20+ kgs to lose or perhaps you are struggling with food addiction ? My fully supported  1-1 program which is run over 6 or 12 months is designed to offer you an alternative to surgical intervention. We won’t be focusing on weight loss but instead using techniques to rewire our brains using meditation, mindfulness and good nutrition . We will be learning how childhood experiences have shaped our adult selves and the way we eat. We will also be exploring the role our genes play in weight management and understanding how improving our self esteem and body image can drastically improve our wellbeing. We will of course explore the importance of nourishment not just of our physical bodies but our spiritual selves.

Once we have a deeper understanding of who we are weight loss can happen effortlessly and without thinking about it.
