A recipe given to me by a client that is guaranteed to refresh, cleanse and revitalize you.
4 kale leaves
1 green apple
1 cup spinach leaves
Sprig fresh mint
1 small knob of turmeric, peeled
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 cups of low fat almond milk, cows milk or yoghurt
Place ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. This amount makes about 700ml. Enjoy for breakfast or as an afternoon pick-me-up.
