Which is why I have created a food diary and food group chart fact sheet which you can download and use to really see what your diet consists of. Writing down what you eat every day with a food diary can help you lose weight, but more importantly you can easily see which food groups your daily diet consists of, and where you might be missing out on achieving a totally balanced diet with optimum nutrition.
